I’ve been at this gym since the day it opened. I’ve been to many other gyms and I love the local community feel to this one. People are friendly, the staff have always been great in past and present. It’s open 24 hours a day with access to showers and lockers. The equipment is very nice, and maintained well.

our classes

We have Spin (stationary biking) classes Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30am or 5:30pm. We also have Step aerobics every other Thursday at 5:30pm. $5 per class.

Every Saturday our "Strong Men' workout and we sponsor a "Lift off" once a month.
