We have Spin (stationary biking) classes Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30am or 5:30pm. We also have Step aerobics every other Thursday at 5:30pm. $5 per class.
Every Saturday our "Strong Men' workout and we sponsor a "Lift off" once a month.
